Satellite Radio

I have a friend who is looking to get his local/community Radio Station broadcast over satellite, so that you can tune into it with your TV.

Does anyone know any European operators - the station is based in the Republic of Ireland.

I'm guessing Sky are the first people to contact, but does anyone know any others?
