Splitting a Visio file into separate PDF's

I have a visio file with loads of tabs that I would like to all be separate PDF's. Is there a quick way of doing this rather than manually having to do each one?

Print ranges to PDF?

Or create one big PDF and split it - this might need Acrobat or some other software not Reader.
