I've been looking through my new android phone, and something I noticed is 'wifi control' and every app in the category is 'allowed'

It says the following...

"Allow this app to turn Wi-Fi on or off, scan and connect to Wi-Fi networks, add or remove networks, or start a local-only hotspot"

Apps I've got on my phone such aliexpress seem be selected as allowed by default, but surely I'm better off turning every in the category to 'NOT allowed'?

Any advice?

I think this would mean that if your phone wifi is switched off, then when you start an app that needs to communicate, it won't turn wifi on, and you will need to go into settings everytime and turn it on for the app to work.
