IS there a keyboard out there where pressing a combination of keys doesn't do anything? I've had two logitech keyboards and both have been awkward to type on, keys slightly too small and they do all manner of stupid things if you catch two keys together.

One combination of keys deletes a whole paragraph I have typed and another that happened just now actually closed Chrome down completely in the middle of a lengthy reply to something. Its so annoying. This keyboard also has a track pad next to it which I've had to disconnect because if your hand brushed it you would find yourself typing in the middle of something you already wrote.

Its done it a few times now, I certainly didn't highlight it, this is the keyboard in question.

If you hit shift and the up arrow next to it it highlights the last bit you have written, so if you start typing again it overwrites it, if you press them both again it highlights even more until eventually you can highlight everything.

Such a stupid idea putting those two buttons together.

I have that keyboard as a secondary for my pc when I am sat in the armchair next to the desk away from the main larger keyboard.

It’s a very compact keyboard as you can see, so either get your fingers on a diet or buy a larger keyboard.

Something like keytweak will let you disable the key.

Or autohotkey .. the script, such as it is, will be something like RShift::return to disable that particular key.

That's a very tight key layout so it's not surprising you're hitting multiple keys. Logitech have plenty of alternatives with a better key spacing.
