IMO Messenger two phones

I have IMO as an app on the desktop. My wife's phone is on it at the moment with her contacts. She is going abroad soon, so I wanted to set up another smartphone on IMO so that we can make video calls to each other. I cannot see how to do it, can someone please help?

Looks straight forward like any other messenger app (Whatsapp, Signal etc)

Your phone needs your account on it, your desktop needs to be your account, your wifes phone needs her account on it.

She calls you, you call her.
