nest camera offline

I have a nest camera and it goes offline every 10 mins. I went back to Screwfix and they changed the camera for a new one. It still happens. The Asus router is about 2m away from it so I dont think it is that. Are these just problematic?

I used to have BT whole home. Broadband (the black discs) and mine would do that a couple of times a week and would not connect until I rebooted the router…

Since buying an Orbi they have been ultra reliable - so it is possibly your router.

Strange you say that - I had the BT Discs and had the same issu. I changed to the Asus mesh and everything works great apart from the nest!

My Nest kit has been reliable. No issues like the OP.
