I have a slight problem with an excel file. Yesterday the file was ok and had all the data that i needed in the cells, but last night i was messing around with some of the data and then deleted a sheet. Some how i saved the file and now i have an excel spreadsheet with missing data and it has been saved in the same name. I have tried to use Restorer2000 to see if i could find the previous instance of the file, but this only shows the file that i already have. I need to find a way to restore the previous instance of that file so that i have the deleted sheet back in my excel file. unfortunatly i don't have a copy of the file that was saved recently. crap.

So my question to the PH collective, Is there an application out there that will be able to help me do what i need? I've been searching, but i can' find anything.

Thanks

KDD

Other than your backups, no.

Have you searched all your temp files? It is possible an intermediate file has been saved (for the undo/redo commands)?
