Mum bought said device new and it only went up to 87% on first charge and despite letting some energy out by keeping the light on for many hours and trying again it still did not go beyond 87%.any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Try using it and then recharge, Not the same make but I found a similar product reluctant to show full charge untill it had been used in anger a couple of times.
