Windows PC Setup Service (North)

Can anyone recommend such a service-family member living in Durham is struggling with settup it up (he's 75). Im thinking someone could home visit, get it running how he wants, show him the ropes. TIA

If you know the area, might be worth googling a local PC shop, am sure a nice one would do a home visit for them.

If you are computer savvy, and you are not talking about the physical connecting of cables etc, then why not use Teamviewer (or similar) and just 'hold their hand' through the process?
