Recommend a 144hz gaming monitor for PS5
Discussion
What size? Not in your budget (800ish), but slowly coming down is the Aorus FV43U, which will handle the PS5s max 120Hz refresh rate nicely.
Apart from that just pick one, they are all much of a muchness below 600 quid really. HDMI 2.1 ports would be a nice to have as you will have a little bit of future proofing in the monitor as tech progresses.

Rtings did ps5 specific list. https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/best/ps5
remember monitors generally don’t come with speakers so if you don’t have that already may need to budget that.
