MacBook Pro screen colour issues

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) and when watching videos the high points of colour (forehead reflection etc) are often 'distorted'. A bit hard to describe - burnt out maybe. Silvery looking....

I use it every day heavily - but my last one is still going strong in the hands of my son at University, so I know they are more than robust.

Anything I can check? I am not overly technical.

I’m not in front of my Mac, so can’t look up the exact location….

Somewhere in System Preferences, Displays, there is an option for colour calibration….. that usually solves this sort of issue.
