Photostream no longer showing recent photos

As per the titles, my iPhone 11 latest iOS update 15.4 , has stopped adding photos to photostream actually in your iPhone itself.

To clarify I can take a shot which shows in the recent album but not in the photostream album on my iPhone.

It is turned on in the settings app.

iCloud has over 1gig left.

What am I missing?

There is a bug in iOS 15.4. Go into settings > Camera > Format > and select Most Compatible.

Had the same issue when I upgraded to 15.4. iOS 15.4.1 is out, don't know if it has fixed the bug.

I spent about 3 hours messing around until I found the fix, really isn't good enough from Apple, can't understand why they are releasing broken updates.
