No email for 3 days, their phone lines are dead, not replying to support tickets and our hosting package is showing as cancelled, even though not due for renewal.

ears They are cheerfully invoicing me for renewals. I will try to check...

I was chatting with them on Tuesday sorting an issue out. My accounts are all in order.

Has anyone got a working number for them then please? No response to tickets.

I used the chatbot on their website. Got a fairly quick response.

There is no link on the site for that. Only open a ticket.

Take a look and see if live chat is an option for you.

Our lite hosting wasn't up for renewal till June but is showing as cancelled. We don't even have an active site at present.

As I said, the phone number is dead.

Turns out they have a different and not well advertised support number.

Also, they gave us the wrong server settings. Their new server settings are bonkers long (44 characters), for reasons that they don't seem to understand.

In order to get our emails, we also had to agree to a new hosting package that is about 5 times what we were paying.

I think we may migrate to Krystal this week and cancel with TSO. They seem to be the latest in a line of providers that used to be good, but aren't anymore.

Honestly. Bin them.

Move to Blinkweb who is a PH’er and will Do you a deal.

I moved everything from TSO ages ago when godaddy bought them. Krystal are OK to be fair so long as you’re not on one of their legacy platforms.

Krystal support is so-so.

A friend recommended Ionis 1&1.

More than happy to have a chat re hosting requirements. As others have mentioned, I run Blink Web and host a fair few sites and apps for PH members.

I'd be interested in switching. I have a Wordpress site - is it easy to transport it over?

Been with them since they were vidahost, they have turned to crap now, really need to get my finger out and switch, I only really use them for domain name and email hosting. I play with the websites I have (when the mood takes me).

The only thing keeping me there is laziness and that I am not a fan of the monthly subscription set up most offer these days. Pretty sure I am £30-£40 a year with them.

There email went pear shaped last month, was down for over a week for rme.

Super easy! We even migrate the site over for you.
