Computer shows GMT, not BST

My elderly Dell desktop decided to 'freeze', so I switched off and re-booted.
The clock now shows GMT, but I can't see how to alter it to BST. (Windows 10)
Any ideas, please?

Settings - Time & Language - Date & Time - click on Synchronise Now.

Also on that page, make sure "Adjust for daylight saving time automatically" is set to "On"
