Restoring deleted Excel file.

Unfortunately I wrongly deleted an Excel file from my Android phone.

Is there any way to get it back without downloading software?

Phone is running Android 8.1 I think.

Was it saved on OneDrive? Is so, there's a 30 day recovery built in

I've found old photos on my phone when plugged into my PC that didn't show up.on the phone's own memory. Might be worth a try if the previous tops don’t work.

Thanks all-no joy as yet but I will keep trying.
