Android app to display "slideshow" weather/news/photos?

[clockworks]

Got a spare Samsung tablet that I want to use for displaying a scrolling "slideshow" of several apps - weather station, breaking news, and photos.

Is there an app that will do this?

I saw it being done at a customer's house, but they didn't know how, as their son set it up for them.
