Despite Corning needing to use me to test their glass against scratches, until the last 12mths I've never really had a problem with mobile phone breakages.

Now, in the last 12mths, I've had three issues on my getting on for 3yr old Galaxy Note 10+ - 2x cracked glass backs, and today I noticed the camera lens cover has broken.

Does anyone have any recommendations for decent cases that give good protection for phones? I've used a couple of Spigen silicone type cases for it from new, but clearly my clumsy arse can no longer get away with a svelte case and needs something more robust. (I should probably buy myself a heat gun and learn how to fix them too -the phone's top notch and works brilliantly, so keeping it going will be a priority).

How old are you?
I'm old enough to qualify for a nice Italian leather portfolio case which keeps my phone safe as well as doing away with a wallet and screen protector.
I appreciate that if you're under 40 this isn't an option.

I am a very good chunk over 40. But still too young to go that far I think biggrin

Mous case - My iPhone has been in one for nigh on 3 years, in that time I have dropped it, stood on it, left it in my pocket while climbing out the window of a car and leant all my weight on it and still, the phone is "as new"

Also - lifetime warranty, I had a issue with the case separating slightly (probably something to do with that brake clean or old engine oil it got submerged in) and 1 email later - they sent me a new case.

Starting to sound like a brand ambassador now, so I'll stop laugh

get a Mous case, only time I've seen a phone broken with one was a freak MTB accident and only smashed the glass on the back smile

I've used Mous cases on my last 2-3 iPhones - they also do ones for Galaxy phones.

Which Mous cases do you guys use (Limitless, Clarity, Infinity?

They look very similar to the Spigen cases I've been using...but will give one a go.

I've always had Spigen cases on my iPhones as have friends and we've never had one break despite various drops etc.

Ive opted for a Spigen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max - it adds a little bulk but not much and seems to be holding up well to the use and abuse it gets

I've had a few Spigen but the last clear case I bought for my 13 Pro Max went nicotine yellow after about 4 months it wasn't cheap either at about 24 quid. They gave me a refund when I sent some pictures. I've since splashed out a bit on a proper Apple case granted it's not clear but it's been superb.

The Apple stuff might be expensive but in my 'case' I would rather spend a bit more and get it right first time.

I have limitless on mine, had the walnut one which was lovely, then got a bamboo as replacement (due to stock issue at the time) and again - very nice in my opinion.

Spigen Tough Armour for me in black on my XR. Certainly feels robust enough and not really that bulky. Their EZ-Fit screen protectors are absolutely ace too.
