DVD slideshow on TV

[rfisher]

Want to put some jpeg images onto a CD and get my DVD player to show them as a slideshow on my TV.

Anyone know any good (preferably free) software to do this?

Don't know if all dvds are the same basic format, my dvd shows thumb nails of jpeg images and will run a slideshow without any software involved.

Mine too, I just put them into folders on the cd and the dvd player will detect them and I can select the folder individually and then set a timer and they just scroll round.

What DVD player is it?

If it won't play them as jpeg files, you could try microsoft photo story
