Wireless Repeaters - Range Extenders
Discussion
Hi Guys & Gals,
Does anyone have any experience of the wireless repeaters from Hawking - HWUR54G|http://www.hawkingtech.com/products/productlist.php?CatID=19&FamID=84&ProdID=241, I have read numerous bad reviews that they are difficult to get working if you have no networking knowledge but can't really find any definitive 'Works very well once running reviews'.....
The networking side is not a problem for me and I should be able to sort that out, the reason I want to go for this one is because they state it works with all different AP's.....
Cheers

John,
I have some experience with deploying wireless equipment and generally in my opinion wireless repeaters aren't the way to go. BUT this really does depend on what problem you are trying to solve.
Can you explain a little more about what you are trying to setup and perhaps indicate what led you to believe this would solve your problem?
cheers
