Sharepoint and RSS feeds

[Liszt]

Been tinkering with a Sharepoint server. Not my area of expertese, but looked kind of fun.

Been trying to get a RSS reader working with no joy.

Can get the XML in native form and display it but when trying to put it through the agrigator it comes up with a timed out message straight away.

I think it may be the poxy server, which I can't change.

Any one had any experience?
