Transfer OS to new HD?

What's the easiest way to transfer an XP installation onto a new Hard Disk.

Old disk is failing so want to move everything across before it finally dies, don't want to reinstall everything if possible.

Also, new disk may be bigger than the old one if that matters.

I normal use Norton Ghost for such things, thou there are other disk cloning software packages on the market.

Ghost or some consumer packaged IDE disks come with a utility to do this. Western Digital do data lifeguard I think and seagate have disc wizard for their drives (downloads available for both). They will probably work on oem version of the drive
