I have this battery last for ages. I recently went to Germany in my friends Clio track car with the exhaust being so loud you cant talk or hear the radio. I put this in the car and it was a game changer so much hes now bought one for when he is in the car!

The emberton speakers are great. I've got a Emberton II and it's brilliant for the size. Certainly loud enough and decent sound too https://www.marshallheadphones.com/gb/en/1005696.h...
I have one of these.

Roughly doubles the volume of my iPhone 12 Pro Max, very clear but not a lot of bass. It lives in my backpack and I use it for conference calls and listening to music in hotel rooms which it is pretty good at. Best thing is you don’t have to charge it as it takes power from the phone, you can pass through charge your iPhone if you have a usb socket in the car. Depending on how loud your car is it might not be loud enough.

Wireless earbuds?
Noise cancelling headphonesIf you are having to turn music or podcasts up so loud that you need a bluetooth speaker, then you are no doubt in the zone of hearing damage, especially on a longer car journey.
I wouldn't be doing adding to the noise with a louder speaker.
I know people who have developed tinnitus from driving louder cars or operating louder machinery, and playing music loud enough to be heard over the top of it, adding to the volume.
