Long range video baby monitors
Discussion
Hi all,
Currently I have two non-wifi baby monitors. Coverage is fine in the house, but when I go to the garage (only circa 20m in a straight line) and therefore put a few brick walls in the way, neither monitor copes well. They have to be left on the floor at the door to the garage to get any connection. Both 'claim' 960-1000ft range in the open.
I'd love to be able to have the freedom to place the monitors anywhere in the garage.
I think I may have to use a WiFi camera and a tablet or similar, and just bought a pair of Nooie cameras but they are not performing well. Their connection is quite weak and I can only have sound from one of the two at a time.
The house has ceiling mounted UniFi wireless access points (including in the garage) and a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz network (most cameras don't use 5Ghz though) - really strong WiFi connection on every other device so no reason these should struggle.
So, can anyone recommend any cameras, WiFi or not, that allow concurrent monitoring of video and sound from two feeds and have excellent range?
Thanks!

Thanks. I've ordered two Blink cameras and an Amazon Echo Show, hopefully I can just leave that in the garage and it will give me some kind of awareness when I'm in there. I've read I can set it to switch to a camera when sound/motion is detected so that should do the job. I'll report back.
