A3 scanner

Can anyone recommend a good scanner that will take A3 documents and pictures that is not a silly price? Amazon have a dirt cheap one for about £80 from Mustek, whoever they are, but thereafter anything else I can find is much closer to £1K.

£600 seems to be the entry-level for a 'decent' one!

Mustek do a 'Pro' model for £450 though.

We have had an Epson GT-10000 A3 scanner for several years and are very pleased with it.

The current model is the GT-15000 which Dabs have for £650 ex VAT. Personnaly wouldn't go down the Mustek route - I find them cheap and nasty.

We have a Microtek, with Silverfast software, it was £1100
and its still crap

The price leap from A4 to A3 is mad, guess its to do with less product competition for A3.
