Annoying chime from PC

Whenever I leave Chrome open on my PC and the screen turns off it starts to make an annoying chime noise every 30 secs or so. It's like a disconnect\connect notification and it's doing my head in. Doesn't seem to make a difference what page(s) Chrome is on so assume it's some sort of background program\app but not sure why it doesn't do it when the screen is on. Anyone got an idea what might be causing it or how I can shut the notification noise off? I know I could simply close Chrome each time but that's not always practical

Not sure if it makes a difference but probably should mention that the PC is running Windows 11 and left powered up 24/7
