Exchange Folder Sharing Utility?
Discussion
OK heres the situation:
Customer has folders and subfolders they have created in Exchange/Outlook, eg:
2005\Work\
2005\Rest\
Where they store relevant messages. In Outlook, if you want ot delegate access ot these folders, you have to delegate EVERY single folder, not just a top level one.
Is anyone aware of a utility that can automate this?
Thanks,
Greg

I'm told this is THE most requested feature people want out of Outlook. I can see why now!
Slipstick can share out folders under the default (e.g. if you create subs under Inbox), quite why you'd want to do that is beyond me though.
Ah well, had to manually share out around 200 folders last night....

Found one:

Absolutely amazing bit of software. Not cheap, but if you've got MSX Admins tearing their hair out, it does what it says on the tin.
Cheers,
Greg

Not a guru of Outlook but the product from www.softalkltd.com may help. I use the Workgroupmail product which is brilliant and very sensibly priced.
On a side note their e-mail products are great.
Hope that helps
