Source location of email?

Is it possible to ascertain where an email is being sent from? ie Country etc.

Reason - a relative is being scammed and it would be great if I could say "that email came from X Country rather than the USA as claimed".

Yep, if you get the headers and put it into https://mxtoolbox.com/EmailHeaders.aspx it'll pull out the relevant stuff for you.

Email scams are almost always being pushed out by hacked servers, so they could be from anywhere
