rubbish on Facebook

I am getting a thinf called reels coming up all the time
Whilst i get rid of other stuff i cannot see a way of getting these blocked full time

Anyone have any tips?

I would suggest Fluff Buster/FB Purity regardless as it does improve things, but alas Reels is one of the things (also memories) that Facebook have actively worked on not being blocked.

This is a tool for use on the browser version. It blocks out all of the suggested posts and reels so you will only see things you follow.

I use FB Purity, wish there was an Android app to stop it though, I get 3/4 suggested posts now to a proper post.
