My knowledge of how this operates isnt great, and Im changing BB supplier and hence router next week.

Does the system use our wifi for all the internal sensors, or is wifi just to work with the app ?

So if the BB goes down, can we still use the fobs to arm/disarm ?

The WIFI would be just for the app.
Your codes and fobs should continue working as normal.
