New laptop, can’t install windows

Hi all, after some help.

Just got a new laptop, it’s doing initial updates. Got to 6% restarted and now sitting at 0% and won’t budge, no fan noise nothing

Saw on the Microsoft page they recommend resetting, try again.

Done that

It might seem daft but try just leaving it plugged in overnight "doing nothing" and it could magically be OK in the morning.

This seems to plague MSI and ASUS machines on Windows 11 but before you do anything drastic just leave it to its own devices for a while.
