I've currently got 2MB broadband from NTL as part of their home package.

I'm about to set up a web server on my network exposed to the outside world (thanks to some very helpful people on here).

Does any one know if NTL will complain about this? Is it worth upgrading to their business account (£10 per month more for 1.5MB)? Or are they dumb enough not to notice providing the bandwidth used is small?

If it was me, I would keep it as is, and upgrade if they complained about it later...

I'd keep it as it is. If they complain then change over.
My only concern would be your upload speed, I don't know what speeds NTL provide but it's usually a lot slower that download.

What's the best then? Seriously as I'm getting BB in at home, shortly.
