Telegram deleted account?

My sister went onto Telegram but a few weeks later they deleted her account. She hardly (but did) use it. And used it only for basic messaging, nothing that could cause it to be deleted but now she can't get them to undelete it despite 3 emails to them. Any other ideas of what she can do?

I don't know why they would delete the account - but like most online companies you won't get through to an actual human, so to save all the trouble and effort it's probably easier just to create a new account.

I know, we've no idea and I am 100% sure no-one is looking at her support emails. I'll see if she can uninstall the app and reinstall it.

You don't need to reinstall, Telegram (at least on Android) supports multiple accounts.
