Which Broadband / Satellite TV provider to choose ??

Hi everyone I currently have NTL broadband as well as cable TV & I am thinking of changing my supplier as I seem to be paying more for my cable TV package with 1 family pack & all of sports than I would pay for full SKY+ package so at the same time I wonder if it is worth changing my broadband supplier?
I am pleased with the speed etc (3meg) but the cost seems a little high when I see leaflets / offers in papers etc. I am currently paying £37.99 a month for my broadband & £43.50 a month for 1 family pack & sports package.
Can anyone please give me any recommendations for who to consider. I am also toying with idea of a new laptop so wirelss broadband would be a major plus.

Ring NTL and say you are thinking of leaving. Normally gets you a discount or a couple of months for free
