I need an idiots guide please - I am looking to expand my fonts in Da Vinci and I can't get past the point of downloading a font from Google fonts for example, and using it on the PC. Is there a standard method to achieve what I am trying to do?

I do use this, but can't answer this question, so I initially went looking to the DaVinci website with it's various help methods, but before that struck in the following:

"To change font size in DaVinci Resolve, select the text in the timeline, navigate to the Inspector panel, and adjust the size using the slider under the "Title" tab. Alternatively, for the program's UI, you can adjust the UI display scale in Preferences"

or

Youtube

Failing that, they do have some good free guides on their website aimed at differing levels of expertise:

DaVinci

The beginners guide may help (page 531 possibly?)

Are you saying that you have googled "add new fonts to Da Vinci Resolve" & that none of the guides work for you?

No guides for Da Vinci that I have found. I have seen plenty for fonts and have downloaded a few of the zip packs from Google fonts however I don't know where to unzip them, and when I downloaded one it didn't appear on any application on my desktop.
