iPhone 12 Pro Volume Issue

After updating to IOS18.5 the volume is low and despite trying all of the obvious options like restarting Haptics and cleaning the speakers no joy. Does anyone have any suggestions please

Is there a separate feature for for limiting sound with ear buds etc.

All of it unfortunately the speakers for sound and the volume of the phone taking a call. I have tried the suggestion on Haptics and it is set correctly. Apple did a remote diagnostic with no issues so it must be something in the settings.
