EE wifi groups and schedules keep disappearing!

Hi,
Our wifi recently migrated to EE from BT as I'm sure it has for many.
Since this change, I have made an effort via the EE app to name all devices on my network and create groups and schedules to manage the kids wifi access. This all worked fine when it was BT.
On a number of occasions now, these groups and schedules simply vanish and delete themselves. I have spoken to EE who suggest if the router is hard reset (a possibility my teen son had done this) then it would delete the groups/schedules and un name all the devices I have renamed. Not very helpful but hey.
I have taken steps to make sure this hard reset is not happening, but still I keep losing all the groups and schedules periodically.
Don't EE do TV adverts about how great and useful these controls are?! Absolutely zero use if they keep deleting themselves allowing the kids 24/7 access to the Internet on all devices!!
I can't be the only one with this problem... ??
