Sim only deals with free calls to mobiles

Unless they are hidden i cannot see any reasonable deals that have free calls to mobiles, which in a way is bloody ironic. Lebara will charge but doesnbt say how much. i dont really need unlimited calls calls to lanlines nor all you can send texts, and i dont use over 10 gb a month, some sims are quoting 20.00 gbp upwards som i will only be saving 20.00 pm. which i mjght as well pay and get a brand nèw phone... anything out there about 10-15 per month?

How much you wanting to pay? You should easily get a SIM with what you want for £6 or less? I pay £8 a month for Unlimited Mins, Texts and 80GB of data. I'm sure all the SIM deals include calls to mobiles as well as landlines, why would they exclude mobiles?!

I thought it was only PAYG that charged for calls. Everything else tends to be unlimited.

Most basic deals have unlimited calls and texts to mobiles.

Tesco 12Gb/month unlimited texts and calls £10/month

I think you just have to check if the carrier does WiFi calling, I think a number of the 'piggyback' carriers don't
I use it a lot as work does not have a signal.

Giffgaff is £10 for unlimited calls and texts with 20GB data.
With an 18 month contract they are doing a deal just now for £15 which gets you unlimited data too

Smarty do on the 3 Network re Wifi calling, the thing I've found is some of the carriers don't offer Wifi calling on all mobile phone brands/models though.
