Streaming tv scheduling app?

Hi all,

I would like to have a tv scheduled experience like in the good old days before tv on demand.

Is there an app or way to create a ‘schedule’ of programmes in 4 channels and then have a way of selecting the channel whereby it would start the tv programme on the streaming app?

If not is there a way of doing this such that it works with downloaded media?
