Anyone else having issues with WhatsApp web?

For no reason I can work out, WhatsApp web isn't loading chats - the rest of the page loads (although I can't navigate to 'Settings' or 'Profile' etc) but none of the chats show up. Their crap AI 'support' was useless. Is it just me or does WA have a wider issue?

Edit: doesn't work in Incognito so it's not a browser extension causing an issue.

Edit: just tried it on a completely different PC (different location) and doesn't work there either.

Assuming this is Windows otherwise you'd be using the app? Does Windows not have an app like the Mac? It's brilliant.

Yeah there is a desktop app but I just use the browser. It's all been working again since mid-afternoon.
