Spotify help please!

This week Spotify has begun fading one song into the next. It never used to and I haven’t touched the settings but despite ensuring all the playback options are set to avoid this, it still merges songs together. I normally listen through CarPlay exclusively but i tried a few songs through my phone and it’s also doing it. Can anyone help please?

It's in Settings.
Click on your username
Click 'Settings"
Scroll about half way down, you're looking for "Cross Fade Songs". Deselect this.



and if that isn't doing it deselect the next option (Automix)

Oh, sorry - I just assumed you were looking at different settings. What you have there looks correct to me (therefore I am no use whatsoever...).
