I have an issue with Tesco Mobile which their Customer Services can't fix, but neither can they seem to escalate it, they keep telling me to ring Customer Services and we've been round the loop three times now banghead

Does anyone have a contact e-mail for someone with authority to get problems sorted out please?

Leave and go to Lebera. That's what I did. Tesco could not give me a working replacement Esim whilst I was in India. They had to "post me an Esim". I st you not. I left them
