Lost admin password

Hope someone can help.
I have forgotten my admin password on my home pc, its running windows 2000. I can use my and my girlfriends account but on both it won't let me use nero to burn a cd and my floppy drive is not working for some stupid reason.
Any help would be good.

Right mouse click "My Computer" and manage.

Expand Local Users And Groups > Groups and see who's a member of Administrators. If a user you know the password for is a member, log in as that user, go back into Local Users And Groups, right click Administrator and Set Password.

Trouble is the only Administrator is Administrator and i can't remember the password!!!
Didn't know you could do that though. Cheers

Edited to add i am a idiot, i never set an admin password, so all i had to do was press return when asked for one!! Taken me hours to work that one out!! D'oh.

Now go and make your other user a menber of the administrators group before you forget the non existant password again
