Adobe 'refurbished' lifetime licence?

Is there any such thing as a 'refurbished' lifetime licence for Adobe products? I understand that Adobe has moved to a subscription model, but a Dutch company called License Place on Wowcher is advertising lifetime licences for various software at very low prices. For instance Indesign 2026 for about £28. The price looks too good to be true, but the company has 4.6 stars on Trustpilot, and would they be allowed to keep selling on Wowcher if known to be selling illegitimate software?

Well, the fact that it's on Wowcher DOES NOT necessarily mean it's genuine, as there have been scams on there before.

Also, the licenseplace.co.uk is actually a supposedly Dutch-registered business - so good luck getting any refund if your licence stops working (or code doesn't work at all).

The licenseplace.co.uk doesn't even list Adobe software, so how can they be offering a huge discount on something they don't offer?

There's also no official perpetual/lifetime version of Adobe Photoshop 2026 - there is a Adobe Photoshop Elements one though.
