I have lost a toolbar!!

It is the one that has the icons to change the size and shope of airbrush/cloning tool/ eraser etc

It was along the top line of ther 'frame' but no longer visible

I have looked on wiki for assistance but it mentions a property bar in the drop down menu ,,which i cannot see.
It must be hiding somewhere, possibly in plain sight, , any thoughts on where it may be hiding and how to retrieve it?

Thanks for the input. I passed it to my grandson who found it under view-pallettes-tool options

Something i had not yet got around too as i was using a different description.
All is good now and thanks for the help
