Pocket PC - sync'ing between two pc's?

I've just treated myself to a shiny new Ipaq.

I've sync'd it to my home and work PC and have combined the calendars BUT I want to sync my home contacts and my work contacts to the Ipaq so that I have both sets on my Ipaq but not have my home contacts on my work pc and my work contacts on my home pc(hope that makes sense!).

Can anyone tell me if you can achieve this with ActiveSync? If not is there any other software that I can do this with?
