emails not coming through?

Got a new phone after several years with my previous, and now going back through trying to log back into stuff I have login details saved.

However, two separate logins I'm not getting the password reset through... Facebook and trading212.

Everything else has been fine, and even with both apps being the right Hotmail email address I'm simply not getting the password reset details.

I've checked inbox, deleted, funk mail, various folders I've got set up but nowhere can I find their emails coming through.

Any ideas on how or what could be doing this?

Just gone through junk mail settings, blocked senders, approved senders... Still baffled as to why these emails simply do not come through.

However when I deposit money Into trading212 I do get notifications it's gone through ok, just the password reset emails?

Have you still got the old phone up and running - can you log in on that, or on a web browser on a device, like a laptop, you've used before?

It might be that they're not sending as they don't recognise the new phone.
