Looks lime it is not supported on newer versions of Android as from the Windows browser launched play store I can not select either my present or previous phone to install it on.
If you log both phones onto the same wifi network, you can use the AirDroid app to transfer/copy apps from one to the other. I've done this a few times with apps that have left the Play Store!
