I use the original hardcopy of outlook and pay for Microsoft 365 Personal for storage.

I don't think you're necessarily paying for anything you don't need. Microsoft 365 Personal (or Family) no longer allows new custom-domain email setups, so you still need something to host your email.

That said, you might be paying more than necessary. For example, Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 1 provides custom-domain email with a 50GB mailbox for £3.10/month + VAT. If you're only using Stablepoint for email, that could save you a fair bit.

You could also potentially save on domain renewals by moving from 123-reg to Cloudflare, depending on your domain.

Moving the website away from Wix to cheaper or free hosting is another possibility, although you'd need to rebuild it, and that might be more trouble than it's worth.

TLDR: You're not necessarily paying for services you don't need, but there are cheaper ways of providing them. Whether the savings justify the hassle of moving everything is another matter.
