Help needed Probably an easy answer ?

Hi I have recently got a new Dell laptop & one of the things that is really annoying me is every time I open up a picture / photo it opens in Jasc paint shop photo album & tells me I only have so many days left with free preview & click to upgrade! On all other computers pics just open so the question is how do i change which program opens the pics & which free one should I use??

If I remeber correctly its to do with file associations.

You need to go to a jpeg image (say in your "My pictures" folder)

Right click on it.

Choose the "Open with" option.

Choose the program you want to use - I use the Windows Picture viewer.

Then check the "Always use this program" box.

Close this down, et voila...
