tiscali e mail access problem

has any one had a similar problem or knows how to resolve this
i have used fast4 dial up for 6 months and have retained my tiscali email addresses
recently at increasing frequencies i try to access my emails and get blocked with
either user name/password not recognised or cannot access server messages
i can get back in by exiting fast4 and going through tiscali dial up

is this my system problem or tiscali?

is there a way to retain my tiscali e mail adresses on a more reliable provider

I expect Tiscali block access from IP addresses outside their allocation for some applications - sending mail, web proxying, etc. - most ISPs do.

(I hope your user name is "Apus Melba", the European Swift, rather than "A Pus Melba", a rather unpleasant dessert....)

the problem is only a recent one i have had at least 6 months with no probs
but i dont want to change my email adress unless i have to

(apus melba is the alpine swift and our cat will eat both it and a pus melba if it gets half a chance)
